This Privacy Policy describes how Ecommerce AI SEO Booster ("the App," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you install and use the App on your Shopify store.
When you install the App, we access certain information from your Shopify store through the Shopify Admin API, limited to the permissions ("scopes") you approve during installation. This currently includes:
The App does not access, collect, or store customer personal information (such as customer names, emails, addresses, or order history) as part of its core functionality.
Product data is used solely to analyze and generate optimized SEO titles, descriptions, and meta tags, which are then applied back to your store's product listings at your direction.
We do not sell, rent, or share your store's data with third parties, except as necessary to provide the App's core functionality (for example, sending product text to an AI service provider solely to generate optimized content) or as required by law.
We retain store and session data only for as long as the App remains installed on your store. If you uninstall the App, associated session data is deleted in accordance with Shopify's mandatory compliance webhooks (shop/redact, customers/redact, customers/data_request).
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the data we process, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) between the App, Shopify, and our hosting infrastructure.
You may request access to, or deletion of, data associated with your store by contacting us at the email address below. Uninstalling the App will also trigger automatic data cleanup.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
